Fragile Father,
      man made of clay.
Nightmare monster,
      stare of dismay.

Brooding boulder,
      shaman of my soul.
Rock turning older,
      my heart grows colder.

Tender Father,
      "Your eyes blaze with light!"
Farther, Father,
      "This darkness, too bright."
