God, make me
Bold like Abraham
Obedient like Isaac
Resourceful like Jacob
Faithful like Joseph
Willing like Moses
Strong like Joshua
Creative like David
Wise like Solomon
Passionate like Elijah
Devoted like Ruth
Patient like Job, and
Courageous like Esther.

But most of all
Make me like Jesus
Who was
Bold,
Obedient,
Resourceful, and
Faithful.
Our Savior,
Who was
Willing,
Strong,
Creative, and
Wise.
Our Lord,
Who was
Passionate
Patient,
Devoted, and
Courageous.
The Son of God, and
The Son of Man,
Who was all things true, beautiful, and good.
He is the role model for us all.
Help us to follow Him, always.
